Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with senior executives across multiple function areas.
• Proven ability to manage outsourcing relationships and operational risks.

• Oversee daily NGO EMI operations ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies to support EMI growth and scalability.
• Lead outsourcing oversight and manage relationships with service providers.
• Ensure robust internal controls and regulatory reporting; prepare for audits.
