Job summary

Paysafe is seeking an EEA Chief Operating Officer to oversee governance of outsourced operations and drive regulatory compliance across the European entity. The role reports to the CEO and requires deep experience in electronic money and payments within a regulated framework.

Based in Dublin, the PCF-42 holder will manage performance, risk, and continuity across multiple service providers, ensuring robust controls, escalation paths, and strong collaboration with technology and risk functions.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in regulated financial services.
• Proven ability to drive complex operations and governance.
• Experience with outsourcing and regulatory oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance of critical outsourced services and performance monitoring.
• Lead management of outsourcing relationships across Merchant Ops, Risk Ops, Product Dev, and EEA HR.
• Define KPIs and service standards; ensure audit trails and reporting to executives.
