Job summary

EML Payments Solutions Ltd (EPSL) seeks a Global Head of Risk Management and Chief Risk Officer to lead enterprise risk management across the Group and to oversee the Money DAC risk function in Ireland. Based in Ireland, the role reports to Group CRO with responsibility to the Money DAC Board.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, experience with ERM in payments or fintech, and strong leadership across multi-jurisdictional teams. Competitive package and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Significant senior risk-management experience in regulated financial services.
• Proven track record embedding ERM programmes across jurisdictions.
• Experience interacting with regulators and boards (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead Group ERM framework design and rollout across entities and markets.
• Oversee Money DAC risk function and board reporting.
• Embed risk governance, reporting and incident management across the organisation.
• Advise senior management on risk matters and strategic initiatives.
• Manage technology risk, operational resilience and outsourcing risk.
