Job summary

APLEONA IRELAND LIMITED seeks a Technical Operations Analyst in Dublin to monitor KPIs, analyse data with Power BI, and produce management reports. The role involves IT and systems support, workflow improvements, and coordinating engineering teams to optimise operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities and experience with Power BI. Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00, with remote/blended options.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Good understanding of operational workflows and service environments.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Effective communication with both technical teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in IT support, service operations, or facilities coordination (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Track KPIs to measure operational efficiency and service performance.
• Use Power BI to analyse operational data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Produce clear, structured reports for management and stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Provide day-to-day IT and systems support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations.
• Conduct workflow analysis, recommend data-driven improvements, and support the implementation of operational systems and digital tools.
• Train and onboard engineers on systems, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Schedule and coordinate engineering teams to maximise coverage, efficiency, and response times.
• Manage and optimise technical workflows to improve productivity and streamline operations.
• Support ongoing system improvements and process enhancements across the service function.
