Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer in Cork, Ireland to lead lean manufacturing initiatives across the production system. You will promote a lean approach, balance lines, and drive continuous improvement from DFAM through to full production, coordinating with process owners across multiple manufacturing domains.

The role requires a strong background in lean Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and experience with regulated medical device environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote lean engineering practices from concept to full production.
• Lead takt time and capacity analysis to define resource requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain value stream maps to drive waste reduction.
• Train teams on Lean concepts and support business improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing process owners across DFAM, Additive Manufacturing, CNC, finishing, packaging, labeling and sterilization.
