Job summary

You will work across operations, process engineering, equipment, maintenance, and quality to remove constraints, solve recurring issues, and implement sustainable improvements using data-driven analysis and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Lean, Six Sigma expertise and structured problem solving.
• Proven ability to use manufacturing data to drive measurable improvement.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor fab operations and equipment interactions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated impact improving OEE, cycle time, yield, cost, or flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement initiatives to improve flow, cycle time, OEE, yield, and cost performance.
• Identify operational losses and constraints through data analysis and root-cause problem solving.
• Partner cross-functionally to implement and sustain improvement actions.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to strengthen execution discipline and standardize best practices.
• Support fab readiness, capacity improvement, and long-term operational performance.
