Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in HR Advisor/HR admin role.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Prepare contracts, handbooks, policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR records and GDPR-compliant data.
• Manage onboarding and recruitment processes.
• Coordinate training and mandatory training.
• Support HR Manager and management with admin tasks.
• Attend meetings and take notes.
