Job summary

Hunter Savage is partnering with an established manufacturing organisation in Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan, to recruit an HR Advisor. The role focuses on advising managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters, conducting investigations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with employment law and GDPR.

You will work closely with colleagues to promote engagement, wellbeing and continuous improvement, manage employee relations and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
• Strong employee relations and case management experience.
• Good knowledge of Irish employment legislation.

Responsibilities
