Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management (CIPD accredited) desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong administration, computer and social media skills and knowledge.
• Strong, dynamic personality with a creative outlook.
• Ability to work within a busy team and on own initiative.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good level of problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Full clean driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Responding to HR queries in a timely manner.
• Providing administration support to the HR team.
• Assisting with reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with recruitment function including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, reference checking etc.
• Assist with the onboarding of new staff.
• Assist with HR record keeping and filing.
• Assist with updating the TMS Alkimii.
• Assisting in creating training reports and maintaining training records to keep managers updated of progress.
• Assisting with payroll.
• Work with the HR team to develop presentations, toolbox talks, and associate well-being events across The Collection.
• Assist with any projects as required.

Education
