Job summary

MCD Productions is seeking a proactive Ticketing Assistant in Dublin as part of the Live Nation promotions network. You will assist with ticketing campaigns, prepare sales reports, and support coordination across sales channels.

Responsibilities include setting up new shows for sale, managing ticket holds, and liaising with agents and management to optimize revenue and minimize loss. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ticketing experience preferable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ticket sales reports and forward to agents as scheduled.
• Prepare and forward venue maps showing seats sold, comped, held, and unsold.
• Prepare and submit manifests in accordance with requirements.
• Set up new shows for sale, including prices and price-break maps.
• Provide updates to agents/management on ticket sales and trends.
• Monitor ticket holds (including Platinum and VIP) and coordinate releases.
