Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Site Advisor in Dublin to join the Global Occupier Services team. You will be the on-site point of contact, ensuring a productive workplace, coordinating with vendors, and supporting daily facilities operations.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in facilities or office management, excellent English communication, and strong organizational skills to manage work orders, safety programs, and internal events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Facility Management/Office management.
• Experience in an international company is strongly preferable.
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Experience in dealing with vendors and customers is a must.
• Knowledge of budget/financial management.

Responsibilities

• Vendor relationship management for office-standard vendors (coffee/snacks, office supplies, shredding, first aid and plant maintenance, HVAC, janitorial).
• Liaison with property management on building/site issues.
• Coordinate with Workplace and other departments (Safety, IT, Benefits, Workday Life, People & Purpose, Legal & Compliance, Marketing).
• Schedule work orders via CMMS for timely completion.
• Support Workplace Programs and Operations (service tickets, repairs, moves, safety programs, budgeting, invoicing, space utilization, new hire orientations).
• Plan and coordinate social events sponsored by Workday Life programs.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed; greet visitors and manage security when required; stock supplies and manage mail.
