Responsibilities

• Carry out all daily Concierge duties during shift as per SOPs.
• Communicate updates to the Concierge Team.
• Develop and implement SOPs to enhance guest experience.
• Assist in departmental meetings.
• Coordinate with Front Office Manager on guest requests.
• Maintain concierge vehicles and SOP adherence.
• Train new team members.
• Coordinate with reception and guest relations on guest requests.
• Manage the Concierge email inbox.
• Oversee VIP arrivals.
