Job summary

PV Generation in Cork seeks a dynamic sales professional to join our busy Sales department. You will base at our Cork office and drive campaign targets through outbound telephone calls, converting enquiries into sales.

You will maintain product knowledge, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and work with other departments to maximise opportunities. Previous sales experience in contact centres or retail is essential; full training provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is essential.
• Minimum of one year sales experience in a contact centre, retail, online, door-to-door-sales, or outbound sales environment.
• Target driven with a strong sales focus and desire to exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of renewables industry is a plus, but full training will be provided.

PV Generation, is one of Ireland’s leading companies specialising in renewable energy solutions servicing the residential and commercial sectors.

We are now looking to recruit candidates for our Sales department – an exciting opportunity which will suit ambitious and target driven individuals. The successful candidate will be based at our Cork office and will be expected to achieve the campaign targets through outbound telephone calls.

The successful candidate will ensure all enquiries, leads and development opportunities are maximised and converted to sales thus achieving campaign targets.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting new prospects or existing customers about our services.
• Achieve and exceed weekly sales and retention targets.

Requirements:

Sales experience isessential. Minimum of one year sales experience in a contact centre, retail, online, door-to door-sales, or outbound sales environment is required.

• Target driven, with a strong sales focus and desire to exceed targets and learn the Renewables business.
• Ability to work on your own initiative to achieve and exceed sales and retention targets.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office.
• Good level working knowledge of sales CRMs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Self-motivated
• Competitive individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of team.
• Excellent English both written and spoken.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Knowledge of renewables industry is a plus, but full training will be provided.
