Job summary

Murphy is seeking a Resourcing Advisor to coordinate the onboarding of weekly and monthly paid employees in Ireland, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely completion of documentation and system data.

In addition to onboarding, you will own contract governance, onboarding compliance and audits, and support Emerging Talent programmes, collaborating closely with recruitment and talent teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in recruitment, HR, onboarding or People Operations.
• Experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR administration or contracts administration.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate records.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using HR systems/ATS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onboarding for weekly and monthly paid employees.
• Own Murphy's approved employment contracts and governance.
• Audit onboarding, contracts and HR records for accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding for Emerging Talent cohorts and activities.
