Job summary

Murphy Home Furnishing, a 100% Irish-owned retailer, is seeking an HR Administrator – Recruitment and Onboarding in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience aligned with our culture and values.

Collaborate with managers to meet hiring needs, build talent pools, and enhance employer branding with marketing. Strong ATS/HRIS and compliance awareness are advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven HR Administrator experience with focus on recruitment and onboarding.
• Proficient administrative and IT skills, especially MS Office.
• Experience creating and managing databases including ATS and HRIS.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using ATS based on staffing needs.
• Act as primary contact for recruitment and onboarding queries from candidates, line managers, and employees.
• Conduct full recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Proactively source candidates and build talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews as needed.
