Job summary

Morgan McKinley Waterford is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the day-to-day people function for a fast-growing company. This newly created role reports to the CFO and covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and people management.

You will standardise onboarding, drive end-to-end recruitment, advise managers across the employee lifecycle, handle complex HR matters with pragmatism, and partner with the leadership team to build scalable people practices that support growth.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or equivalent HR qualification desirable.
• Strong generalist HR experience at HR Manager or senior level.
• Experience managing recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience developing or managing onboarding programmes.
• Good knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
• Experience supporting UK employees; knowledge of UK practices is advantageous.
• Experience in international or multi-jurisdictional organisations.
• Strong employee relations experience and ability to handle complex HR matters.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment process and partner with department heads.
• Develop and implement a structured recruitment process with positive candidate experience.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding with a consistent company-wide framework.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
• Act as first point of contact for day-to-day HR matters across the employee lifecycle.
• Support managers with employee relations and performance matters.
• Ensure HR policies, records and documentation are compliant and consistent.
• Build strong relationships with department heads and leadership team.
• Identify opportunities to standardise HR processes for scalable growth.
• Provide HR reporting and insights to CFO and leadership.
