Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, installation, service and maintenance of copiers and other office equipment.
• Carry out fault-finding and IT-based problem solving to resolve field issues.
• Maintain toner levels and stock on-site; collect machine meter details.
• Liaise with the client to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the account.
• Identify opportunities to introduce improved digital imaging solutions to customers.
