Job summary

Neville Hotels at Ravenport Resort Curracloe is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage and process reservations, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong English, at least 1 year reservations/reception experience in a 4* property, and a friendly, proactive attitude. Midweek and weekend shift flexibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and oral.
• Minimum 1 year reservations/reception experience in a 4* property.
• Strong customer care skills and ability to organise and prioritise.
• Experience with Hotsoft Office System is desirable; knowledge of third-party websites is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from prospective guests promptly and professionally.
• Answer the hotel telephone to the agreed company standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide above-and-beyond service.
• Input all group rooming lists.
• Develop strong working relationships with colleagues across departments.
• Convert enquiries to sales and pass on new leads to Sales team.
