Neville Hotels are seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join Ravenport Resort Curracloe. You will manage and process incoming reservations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a friendly, organized person with fluent English and at least 1 year in reservations/reception at a 4* property. Flexibility for midweek and weekend shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year reservations/reception experience in a 4* property.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail and guest care.
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks.
• Experience with Hotsoft Office System desirable.
• Knowledge of third-party booking sites desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from prospective guests, corporate clients, tour operators and travel agents.
• To answer the hotel telephone to the agreed company standards.
• Anticipate guests needs and ensure that the level of service provided is above and beyond guest expectation.
• Complete departmental checklist daily.
• Input all group rooming lists.
• Develop a strong working relationship with colleagues in your department and related departments.
• Convert enquiries to a sale, passing on new business leads to the Sales team.

Neville Hotels are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team at Ravenport Resort Curracloe. You will be responsible for managing and processing incoming reservations in line with brand standards, ensuring guest satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this role will be a confident, organised person who has excellent attention to detail and guest care skills. A flexible attitude towards shift work is essential as midweek and weekend work is a prerequisite for the role.

Experience/Qualifications

• A friendly positive can-do-attitude * Must be fluent in English both written and oral*.
• A minimum of 1 years reservations /reception experience in a 4* property.
• Strong customer care skills.
• Ability to organise and prioritise.
• Experience with Hotsoft Office System is desirable.
• Having knowledge of third-party websites is desirable.
