Job summary

Kearys Motor Group, Ireland's leading family-owned motor group, is expanding its IT team at Kearys Belgard, Dublin. The IT Support Engineer will provide expert remote, phone, and on-site assistance across multiple sites, maintain Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, and related systems, and help drive secure IT practices for a multi-brand environment.

The role requires 2–3 years in IT support, strong customer service, and a full driving license.

Qualifications

2–3 years' IT support experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID.
Good customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

Provide remote, telephone, and on-site IT support to end-users across Kearys locations.
Act as escalation point from first-line support for hardware, software and network issues.
Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID, including MFA and licence management.
Deploy, image, and configure laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile devices.
Support dealership systems and liaise with vendor IT contacts.
