Job summary

Advania UK is seeking a talented Field Engineer to deliver on-site IT support to a dedicated client across multiple locations. This hands-on role requires a full clean driving licence and willingness to travel across a large rural area.

Qualifications

Experience in an IT support or field engineering role.
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel to remote client sites.
Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure, Microsoft 365, Desktop hardware, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site support for incidents, requests, and hardware replacements.
Take ownership of tickets and resolve within SLAs.
Support installations, moves, changes, and project-related activities.
Maintain accurate ticket updates, documentation, and asset records.
Carry out planned site visits and assist with network infrastructure where required.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, stakeholders, and third parties.
Ensure accurate time logging and follow escalation and Health & Safety processes.
