Job summary

CameraMatics is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage our corporate IT environment, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and core business apps. You will ensure secure, reliable, and scalable identity, device, and application landscapes, with hands-on support across our Dublin and Waterford offices.

Reporting to the Head of IT, Security & Compliance, you will help deliver a seamless IT experience as we grow, with hybrid work (3 days onsite, 2 remote) and periodic UK travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a Systems Administrator/IT Operations role, ideally SaaS/tech.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access and MFA.
• Practical experience with an MDM platform, ideally Microsoft Intune, managing Windows and macOS devices.
• Experience administering Salesforce (user and licence management, security settings).
• Experience running joiner/mover/leaver (JML) processes and IT asset tracking.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel between Dublin and Waterford offices and to UK offices monthly.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) including licensing and config.
• Manage endpoint devices via Intune (enrolment, compliance, Autopilot).
• Maintain IT asset register and lifecycle management.
• Administer Salesforce at system level and coordinate with business on config changes.
• Support SaaS governance: licences, shadow IT, usage tracking.
• Be escalation point for identity, devices, and core applications across offices.
