Job summary

Comfort Homecare in Galway is seeking a Home Care Supervisor to support operational coordination and scheduling across the Galway region. You will work with the Home Care Manager to lead, support, and develop healthcare staff, ensuring delivery of high-quality care so clients can live independently at home.

This role requires strong organisational abilities, excellent networking skills and solid IT proficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational abilities and excellent networking skills.
• Solid IT proficiency and experience with computer-based systems.
• QQI Level 6 Major Award in Healthcare Support or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate home care staff in the community.
• Conduct client reviews to assess ongoing care quality.
• Coordinate care plans and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support recruitment and training alongside the Home Care Manager.
• Maintain records on the company IT system and ensure documentation is up to date.
