Job summary

Westcare Homecare Ltd in Ireland is seeking a Care Supervisor to oversee delivery of high-quality homecare services and ensure care plans are followed and updated.

You will supervise care staff, provide training and performance feedback, conduct client visits and spot checks, monitor satisfaction, and liaise with private care clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Completed QQI Level 5 or above.
• Full clean Irish driving licence and access to own car.
• Relevant experience in the healthcare sector.

Your Responsibilities

This role will also include liaising with private care clients.
