Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for our Integrated Facilities Management business line. The role leads a team or vendor group to manage the tactical delivery for the assigned property and serves as on-site point of contact for key stakeholders in the absence of the Facilities Manager.

Qualifications

• Experienced in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field.
• Knowledge of local health and safety requirements.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team or vendor group to deliver on-site facilities services.
• Manage site budgets, accounting and finance, and procurement processes.
• Ensure high standards of health and safety compliance on site.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
