KSB-Jones Lang LaSalle Services Ir in Dublin is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the UK & I Senior Facilities Manager. The role involves leading a team or vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring delivery of maintenance, contracts, and services on-site at a Dublin property.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, monitor compliance, and contribute to cost control and safety programs while supporting the broader Integrated Facilities Management team.

Competenze

• Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field.
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of local health and occupational safety requirements.
• Experience in dealing with critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services.
• Able to demonstrate proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts.
• Highly experienced in budget management and financial analysis.
