Job summary

Trim Castle Hotel is seeking a friendly Front of House team member to join our hospitality team in Trim, Co. Meath. You will welcome guests, take orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and ensure a warm, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in F&B service essential within a 4-star/luxury environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests.
• Ensure guests are seated and provided with menus promptly.
• Respond to guests' requests and queries with exceptional service.
• Familiarise yourself with the menu to answer questions.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar promptly and accurately.
• Ensure safe delivery of orders and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Set up, clear and service tables promptly and maintain cleanliness.
• Handle guest complaints by resolving issues and reporting to management.
