Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team in Dunboyne, Co. Meath. You will provide courteous service, set tables, and help ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.

Required: at least 1 year in a busy F&B environment, availability for mix of morning/evening shifts, weekends and public holidays, and strong guest service skills. We offer meal on duty, staff discounts, and other employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy Food & Beverage environment
• Must be available to work a mixture of morning and evening shifts and public holidays
• Ability to provide efficient, prompt, and courteous service to guests
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Capability to set tables and prepare mis-en-place accurately for service
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and the demands of a busy workplace
