Job summary

The Demo Data Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects on-site in Ireland. You will ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery while coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

You will lead site teams, enforce health and safety, manage deliveries, maintain documentation, and drive progress with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and quality culture across sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ construction experience, including at least 4 years as a Site Manager.
• Experience with developers or main contractors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of building regulations and safety procedures.
• Highly organized and proactive in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
• Lead subcontractors, direct labour, and site teams to maintain high standards
• Enforce health and safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Drive project progress, resolve on-site challenges, and maintain programme adherence
• Chair daily briefings, site meetings, inspections, and quality checks
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and external consultants
• Oversee materials management, deliveries, and site logistics
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and progress updates
