Job summary

Demo Data Ltd. in Ireland seeks a Health & Safety Advisor to support the implementation and monitoring of health and safety systems across construction projects and the wider business.

Working closely with the Senior Health & Safety Manager, site management, and project teams, the role helps ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and promotes a positive safety culture on site. You will carry out inspections, provide guidance to site teams, assist with training, and support incident

Qualifications

• Experience in health and safety on construction projects.
• Ability to audit and report on safety performance.
• Strong communication and training support skills.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with health and safety legislation, regulations, and standards.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Support site management in meeting their health and safety responsibilities.
• Maintain a strong focus on health and safety across sites.
• Review subcontractor RAMS and risk assessments under guidance of the Senior H&S Manager.
• Assist in safe working procedures and method statements.
• Carry out regular site safety inspections and audits.
• Identify hazards, non-conformances, and areas for improvement.
• Support close-out of inspection findings and corrective actions.
• Report safety observations and trends to the Senior H&S Manager.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture and assist with training.
• Support incident investigations and reporting, and maintain incident records.
