Job summary

Gi Group Ireland is recruiting a Construction Site Manager for a major commercial project in Dublin. The role is full-time, fixed-term until March 2027, and oversees day-to-day on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors and materials to meet design specs and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in construction management, holds relevant certs in construction management and safety, and is legally eligible to work in Ireland. On offer is €65k-€85k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction management, ideally in the commercial sector.
• Relevant professional certifications in construction management and health & safety.
• Legal authorization to work in Ireland and residency in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the construction site daily.
• Direct and supervise all on-site activities.
• Coordinate schedules of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure works align with designs, specs and deadlines.
• Provide routine progress updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety consultants to enforce safety protocols.
• Maintain site RAMS and conduct routine audits for regulatory compliance.
• Verify personnel certifications and safety training.
