Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is assisting a well established Dublin industrial site to hire an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for civil, structural and utility assets on-site in Dublin. The role focuses on asset management strategy, leadership and driving performance across asset lifecycles.

The successful candidate will have a degree in engineering, at least 10 years of relevant asset experience and strong people management capabilities, and will work on-site full

Responsibilities

• Manage/develop asset management strategies for civil, structural and utility assets.
• Drive control, monitoring and cost/ risk/ performance across asset lifecycles.
• Coordinate readiness and requirements for new assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support operations.
• Lead, manage and develop a multidisciplinary technical team.
• Shape and deliver people-focused strategies to drive performance.
• Ensure assets are safe, fit for purpose and compliant with regulations.
