Brightwater Recruitment's Dublin client is seeking an M&E Asset Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team and develop asset management strategies for mechanical and electrical assets on-site.

Candidates should have 10+ years' experience, a relevant engineering degree, and proven leadership to drive cost control, reliability, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in a relevant area.
• A relevant third-level engineering qualification.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop asset management strategies for M&E assets.
• Drive control, monitoring and optimization of operating and maintenance costs, risks and performance across asset lifecycles.
• Coordinate readiness and requirements for new assets with stakeholders and standards.
• Lead, develop and shape a high-performance technical team.
