Candidates should have 10+ years' experience, a relevant engineering degree, and proven leadership to drive cost control, reliability, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Our client are an established Dublin industrial site who are hiring an M&E Asset Engineering Manager to lead a team and manage mechanical and electrical assets. This job will be well suited for a degree qualified engineer with strong asset management and leadership experience who wants to help drive the company's strategic development. Please note that this position requires being on-site full time.

About the Position

• As M&E Asset Engineering Manager, your job will be to manage and develop relevant asset management strategies and plans for M&E assets.
• Drive the control, monitoring and optimisation of operational and maintenance costs, risks and performance across full asset lifecycles.
• Support preparation for new assets by coordinating readiness, operational requirements, and standards to ensure requirements are met.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to support safe, efficient, and long-standing operations.
• Lead, manage and develop a multidisciplinary technical team.
• Drive a high-performance culture by shaping and delivering people focused strategies.
• Ensure assets are fit for purpose, safe, reliable and meet all relevant regulatory requirements.

Experience/Requirements

• For this M&E Asset Engineering Manager job, you will have 10+ years’ experience in a relevant area and strong people leadership experience.
• You will also have a relevant third level engineering qualification.
