Salary: €46,000–€48,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, between 7am and 7pm with flexibility
Contract: Full-time, permanent

We’re looking for an Office Support Coordinator to join our team in Dublin, working closely with the Workplace Team to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
This is a varied role where you’ll build strong relationships, coordinate workplace services, support projects and work with a range of suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the workplace operates smoothly and continues to evolve with the needs of the business.
What you'll do
- Build strong relationships with customers and act as a key point of contact, responding to feedback and ensuring a high level of service.
- Work with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver the expected service levels.
- Support and deliver workplace projects within agreed timescales and budgets.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors across services including security, catering, cleaning, customer services and facilities.
- Complete location audits and work with suppliers to ensure agreed standards and SLAs are met.
- Work with landlords and property teams to resolve building and workplace issues.
- Support budget setting, monitoring, forecasting and associated invoicing.
- Anticipate changing business requirements and adapt the workplace experience accordingly.
- Support customer relationship management.
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming working environment.
- Provide additional project and operational support as required.
