Job summary

Rapport Guest Services in Dublin is seeking an Office Support Coordinator to join our Workplace Team. You will build relationships with customers and suppliers, coordinate services and support projects to ensure the workplace operates smoothly and evolves with the business.

This full-time role offers a permanent schedule of 40 hours per week, with flexible start times and a benefits package that includes a contributory pension, wellbeing initiatives, discounts and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers and act as a key point of contact, responding to feedback and ensuring a high level of service.
  • Work with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver the expected service levels.
  • Support and deliver workplace projects within agreed timescales and budgets.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors across services including security, catering, cleaning, customer services and facilities.
  • Complete location audits and work with suppliers to ensure agreed standards and SLAs are met.
  • Work with landlords and property teams to resolve building and workplace issues.
  • Support budget setting, monitoring, forecasting and associated invoicing.
  • Anticipate changing business requirements and adapt the workplace experience accordingly.
  • Support customer relationship management.
  • Help maintain a safe and welcoming working environment.
  • Provide additional project and operational support as required.

Location: Dublin, D02 YN32

Salary: €46,000–€48,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, between 7am and 7pm with flexibility

Contract: Full-time, permanent
