Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Business Development Representative focused on the Norway market, based in our Dublin hub with hybrid work and relocation support. You will drive AE pipeline generation, engage decision-makers, and work with sales teams to expand in strategic accounts using Salesforce’s Customer 360 platform and Agentforce.

The role requires quota-attainment experience, strong communication, and fluency in Norwegian and English.

Qualifications

• Quota-bearing sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage senior decision-makers.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian is mandatory.
• Experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, including internships or leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and qualification of new opportunities.
• Strategic outreach via cold calls, emails, and social selling (LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop territory strategies.
• Perform market research to identify challenges Salesforce can solve.
