Job summary

Hempel is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for North West Ireland (Donegal, Sligo, Roscommon, Derry). You will develop a ledger of independent retailers, from paint specialists to DIY stores, and take responsibility for customer service, training, CRM updates and sales/margin performance in your region.

You must have structured field sales experience, own a full Irish driving licence, and be willing to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Structured field sales experience is required.
• Full Irish driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Numerical understanding for sound decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop your ledger of independent retailers from paint specialists to DIY stores.
• Take responsibility for customer service, training, CRM updates, contract negotiations and sales/margin performance.
• Create objectives and development plans based on opportunities in your area.
• Implement promotions, coordinate merchandising standards and negotiate agreements.
