Job summary

PPG is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Munster region in Ireland. This field-based role focuses on developing and executing a strategy to grow sales, margins and market share while cultivating lasting customer relationships.

You will visit customers weekly, travel about 80% of the time, and use Salesforce and Client Link to manage interactions. Excellent bonus and benefits accompany a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ field sales experience in trade or retail.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Client Link or similar CRM.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel ~80%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory strategy to drive growth, margin and market share.
• Manage a sales portfolio with an annual target and tailored coating solutions.
• Visit customers weekly; travel approximately 80% Mon–Fri.
• Utilise sales methodology and tools to manage interactions and processes.
• Provide market knowledge and technical support to strengthen presence.
• Monitor sales performance, margin and budget delivery; ensure service standards.
