Job summary

Notion, based in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive workflow-first, builder-led outbound motion. You’ll partner with Solutions Consultants to identify ready-to-build opportunities and bring them into the room, aligning with an AI-driven GTM approach.

This role is based in Dublin, with Anchor Days in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays as part of Notion’s in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation and reaching target accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication with persona-specific outreach.
• Sharp qualification instincts to assess ICP fit and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with sellers on account and outbound strategy
• Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings
• Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are ready to build
• Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals and stakeholder context
• Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting and improve outbound quality
