Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a Warehouse Lead Operator for the permanent night shift at the Athlone site (Monksland). You will coordinate night shift warehouse activities, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain SOPs while supporting quality systems and cross-functional coordination.

Role requires cgMP experience, SAP proficiency, forklift training, and strong communication. This onsite role offers a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CGMP commercial manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with SAP or equivalent inventory system.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel/Word.
• Familiarity with AI/digital tools in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day night-shift warehouse activities to meet manufacturing schedules.
• Maintain training and safety procedures for night-shift equipment and processes.
• Uphold the Warehouse Quality System, SOPs and cGMP requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues; escalate as needed.
• Serve as primary night-shift contact for operational issues and handovers.
• Coach and support night-shift Associates for safe, compliant execution.
