Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a cGMP commercial manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in SAP or equivalent inventory systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift training completed or willingness to maintain required training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities on the permanent night shift to meet schedules.
• Ensure training, safety procedures and compliance for night shift equipment and activities.
• Maintain the Warehouse Quality System per SOPs and cGMP requirements.
• Act as primary night-shift contact and escalate issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Provide guidance and prioritisation to night shift staff for safe, compliant execution.
• Support material dispensing, inspection, and stock movement in line with manufacturing need.
• Represent Warehouse in cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement.
