Job summary

Alexion in Athlone, Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a 24-month fixed-term contract to cover night shifts. You will perform day-to-day warehouse activities in a cGMP-compliant environment, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, and ensure SOPs are followed during dispensing and material transfer.

The role requires experience in warehouse operations within a regulated manufacturing setting, proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse activities within a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with SAP or an equivalent inventory system.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day warehouse activities to meet schedules with GMP compliance.
• Maintain training and safety procedures for equipment, processes, and facility.
• Support disposition of material sampling and transfer to manufacturing.
• Identify and implement process improvements and raise deviations when needed.
