Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and employee questions/concerns and resolve issues including refunds, complaints, and queries.
• Maintain knowledge of company facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies and procedures.
• Represent the company in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
• Complete documentation to in-house standards and comply with procedures.
• Work in a safe manner at all times.
• Report to the Customer Service Team Leader.
