You will act as a central point of communication, coordinate with internal teams and customers, respond to incidents, and maintain records with high standards of customer service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operations, control room, logistics, transport, security, or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
• Experience within a control centre or monitoring environment desirable.
• Knowledge of incident management procedures desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational activities and provide real-time support to field teams and operational personnel.
• Coordinate communications between internal departments, operational teams, customers, and external stakeholders when required.
• Respond to operational incidents, escalating issues to the appropriate management personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of events, incidents, communications, and actions taken.
• Monitor service performance and identify potential disruptions to operations.
• Assist in the management of route schedules and operational resources.
• Provide timely updates regarding operational issues, delays, or service changes.
• Support business continuity procedures during incidents or unexpected events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete administrative duties associated with operational control and reporting.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments to achieve operational objectives.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times.
