Job summary

Newtown Park Hotel in Wexford, Ireland is seeking a dedicated Night Manager to lead overnight operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee safety, security, and service delivery across departments, while maintaining energy-conscious practices and adherence to hotel procedures.

You will supervise late-night front desk activities, assist in F&B areas when needed, and participate in regular training and performance discussions to drive continual improvement and guest

Responsibilities

• Guest & Team Care: Ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests, colleagues, and visitors at all times.
• Guest & Team Care: Create a warm, approachable presence for late-arriving guests or those needing assistance overnight.
• Guest & Team Care: Handle guest and telephone enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Guest & Team Care: Deliver wake-up calls and in-room refreshments with genuine care and attention.
