Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as Night Manager, Night Auditor, or Night Supervisor in a hotel.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and composure under pressure.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations from 11 pm to 7:30 am.
• Lead and motivate the night team to deliver exceptional service.
• Address guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Enforce safety and security protocols.
