NYX Hotels in Dublin is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to supervise the night team, ensure guest safety, and maintain our high standards of service. You will balance the books during night audits, handle guest requests promptly, resolve issues, and train colleagues.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work nights, including weekends, in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in hotel settings.
• Strong communication to greet and guide guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Night Crew to ensure high standards.
• Be familiar with arrivals, departures and special requests.
• Respond promptly to guest queries and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow company standards for check-ins and check-outs.
• Train and motivate colleagues; balance cash and tills.
• Follow night audit procedures and generate reports.
• Run backups and ensure guest safety and comfort.
