Job summary

Harri is seeking a Night Front of House team member in Cork to ensure guest queries are met swiftly at night and to perform regular security and fire checks. You will conduct a comprehensive night audit under the guidance of the Duty Manager, while maintaining a professional appearance and presenting a tidy front of house.

Responsibilities include timely check-in/check-out, luggage handling, and delivering lounge/room service orders after 11pm.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience is a must.
• Ability to perform night-time security and safety checks.
• Experience with night audit processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests with a neat appearance and professional demeanor.
• Receive handovers from porters, receptionists, and duty manager.
• Carry out security/fire checks at scheduled times and log irregularities.
• Check-in/out guests during night hours and assist with luggage.
• Handle lounge/room service orders after 11pm and maintain cleanliness.
• Deliver early breakfasts and ensure timely room service.
• Monitor bar service and cash/stock procedures.
• Perform night cleaning and maintain public areas.
• Prepare meeting rooms and ensure equipment is correct.
• Complete night shift diary and handover incidents.
