Job summary

The Address Connolly is seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join our Front Office Team in Dublin. You will supervise hotel operations at night and deliver excellent guest service, including night audit procedures, reservations, and guest assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a reception or administrative position.
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasant telephone manner.
• Confident in engaging with customers.
• Efficient, well organised and able to multi-task.
• Computer literate, preferably with HotSoft or other similar hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and register guests on arrival, using names at all times and adhering to brand standards.
• Perform night audit procedures and handle check-in/check-out tasks.
• Manage reservations, cancellations and no-shows per company policy.
• Provide beverage and room service throughout the night; ensure areas are tidy before shift end.
• Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
